Central to this idea is the company know-how, based on the passionate people working here, with their knowledge and experience. Passion, professionalism and the ability to lead a continous process of research are all essential parts in building up the high quality standards which EnzodegliAngiuoni is reknown for. What we do is Made in Italy, but we also like to underline that it is Designed in Italy. In other words, we reckon that a high quality product is the result of both, the “manufacturing know-how” and the “know-how” the whole design process is based on.

Manufacturing Process
Tradition and Innovation. Know-how and Research. The quality of EnzodegliAngiuoni’s fabrics takes shape with the manufacturing process that employs state-of-the-art tools and machinery, as a result of the factory continous renovation process. From the exceptional attention and commitment in the yarns research and selection, to the ideation and design of new fabrics, the manufacturing process unfolds through different kinds of looms, like jacquard, rapier and velvet. Several quality control phases, along with strict tests on fabrics perfomances, place EnzodegliAngiuoni’s production at a higher quality level, both on an aesthetic and technical level.
The continous research of particular kinds of yarns is central in our fabric design process. With the goal to achieve distinctive results, we also draw upon custom yarns dyeing, in order to satisfy all of our clients’ different needs.
Using specific tools of control, we have adopted strict controls steps to check the quality of the yarns we use. Technical and aesthetic characteristics are thus deeply tested, before the manufacturing process starts and the quality takes shape.
Trends research, concept and design of new aesthetic codes, colour research and yarns combinations matching. From hand to CAD drawings, from yarns specialists to product managers. It is here, in the Design Department, that our collections start to take shape.
The synergy between the Design Department and the product managers unfolds into a prototyping phase, where a continuos process of improvement leads to the desired result: a perfect balance between technical and aesthetical qualities.
Our manufacturing process, based on different types of looms like jacquard, rapier and velvet, is extremely flexible. This gives us the advantage to produce our extensive range of fabric collections as well as custom fabrics, thus quicly matching our clients’ needs and wishes.
La qualità estetica dei nostri tessuti è fondamentale. Quella tecnica, per noi, non è da meno. Per rispondere alle sempre più stringenti norme internazionali, i nostri tessuti vengono sottoposti a diversi test, fra cui il Martindale ed altri test meccanici e di resistenza agli agenti atmosferici.
Made in Italy means also continuous quality controls on products, all along the several manufacturing steps. Once woven, before and after the finishings and before the final packing, our fabrics undergo strict quality controls, thus guaranteeing to our clients their characteristic high quality level.
As the last phase of our manufacturing process, our products are packed with care in our factory and then shipped through our shipping network to our clients around the world. A complete process, from the production to the shipping, working as a high quality warranty.
